Nomad is a platform for the management of international real-estate assets and for connecting users with payment services. NOMADWIRE TECH SAS is not a credit institution nor a payment institution and does not hold its users' funds.

The payment services accessible through the Website are provided by Triple-A, a payment institution licensed by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR), attached to the Banque de France, with its authorization passported to all Member States of the European Union. Triple-A is also licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution and registered with FinCEN (United States) as a Money Services Business.

All elements of the Website (texts, graphics, logos, interfaces, code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of NOMADWIRE TECH SAS or its partners. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited.

The data collected through the sign-up form (identity, email, country of residence, country of real-estate assets) is processed by NOMADWIRE TECH SAS as data controller, on the basis of consent, for the purposes of managing the waiting list and providing information about the service launch. It is retained for 3 years and is not transferred to third parties.
